By availing services from HITS META, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
- Scope of Responsibility
HITS META provides services including Google My Business optimization, website development, software development, SEO, and digital marketing. Our responsibility is limited strictly to the service agreement or warranty period mentioned at the time of engagement. - Warranty & Agreement Limitations
- After the expiry of the contract/warranty period, HITS META holds no responsibility for issues, errors, or maintenance unless a new agreement is signed.
- For monthly management contracts, HITS META is only responsible for mistakes or errors directly caused by the company.
- Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for suspensions, restrictions, errors, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or others. Final authority and policies of such platforms lie beyond our control. - Client-Side Mistakes
Any mistake, negligence, or misuse of services/accounts from the client’s side will not be entertained free of cost. Additional charges may apply for corrective measures. - Credentials & Confidentiality
- If a client shares credentials (username, email, passwords) with HITS META for work purposes, we ensure confidentiality during the active contract/warranty period.
- After the end of the agreement, HITS META is not responsible for managing, securing, or maintaining client accounts (including Google, Mail, Hosting, Domain, or Social Platforms). Responsibility shifts entirely to the client.
- Payments & Contracts
- All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed schedule. Non-payment or delays may result in suspension of services.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining balance within the agreed timeline, HITS META reserves the right to cancel the agreement and will not be liable for any resulting financial or digital asset loss to the client.
- Refund Policy
There is no refund policy once a project is accepted and work has started. - Third-Party Payments
Any payments required for third-party services (such as hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms, or external plugins/tools) must be borne by the client unless explicitly mentioned in the project agreement. - Invoicing
HITS META provides invoices only for services billed directly by our company. No separate invoicing will be provided for work executed by third-party companies. All client payments must be made against HITS META’s official invoice only. - Amendments to Terms
HITS META reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
