1. Terms & Conditions
- HITS META is responsible only for services as per the signed agreement or warranty period.
- We are not responsible for suspensions, errors, or issues caused by Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, or any third-party platforms.
- If a client shares credentials (username, email, password) for project purposes, HITS META is only responsible until the contract/warranty ends. After that, the client is fully responsible.
- Lifetime support, if included, only applies to assistance. Suspension recovery or major updates after the warranty period will incur charges.
2. Privacy & Data Security
- Client data, credentials, and business details are handled securely and only used for project-related purposes.
- After the end of a contract, HITS META is not responsible for maintaining client accounts, hosting, domains, or social platforms.
- We do not share client data with third parties unless required by law.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
- No Refund Policy applies once a project is accepted and work has started.
- Clients must pay remaining balances on time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the agreement, and HITS META reserves the right to proceed in case of financial or digital asset loss.
- Any third-party payments (e.g., hosting, domain, advertising, tools) must be paid separately by the client unless mentioned in the agreement.
- HITS META only provides invoices for its own services. No separate invoices will be issued for third-party vendors.
4. Disclaimer
- HITS META does not guarantee results beyond agreed service scope (SEO, marketing, ads).
- We are not responsible for policy updates or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.
- Any mistakes caused by clients (such as wrong credentials, misuse, or violation of third-party policies) will not be covered under warranty or free support.
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, websites, software, and digital assets developed by HITS META remain the property of the company until full payment is made.
- Clients are not permitted to copy, resell, or use HITS META’s work for unauthorized purposes.
6. Governing Law
All services provided by HITS META are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local Pakistani courts.
